The National Temple Federation is a national-level voluntary federation established to bring together Hindu temples, temple-based institutions, spiritual organisations, and volunteers engaged in temple service across India through a common platform of cooperation and coordination.
India's temple heritage has been preserved for centuries through the dedicated efforts of countless organisations, institutions, and volunteers. Recognising the value of these contributions, the Federation serves as a collaborative platform that connects these diverse organisations while respecting their unique identities, traditions, and independence.

Support and promote state-wise traditions, customs, rituals and cultural practices while preserving their unique heritage for future generations.
Promote Siddha medicine, traditional healing practices and holistic wellness through awareness, research and community healthcare initiatives.
Preserve and encourage India’s temple arts, classical music, dance, sculpture, painting, crafts and traditional artisans through education and cultural programs.
Build a disciplined volunteer network with a common identity to support temples, festivals, heritage conservation, disaster relief and community service across India.
